    When the sealer begind to fails which we have found happen between year 3-5, a simple 1 coate reapplication of the water based sealer is needed. 


    This does depend on foot traffic and environmental conditions 

  • How much does sealer cost?

    Cost of sealer and install starts at £395 per 25L 


    Typicall this will cover a natural stone patio at the size of 90 square meters 


    And for block paved driveways at around 40 square meters. 


    The difference in coverage is due to the absorbtion of the material. Block paving used more sealer because the product has to soak into the sand to create a weed barier to protect your driveway for longer.

  • Is driveway and patio sealing a scam?
